18 kwietnia 2013 r. w Nowym Jorku przyznano nagrody w dziewiątej edycji plebiscytu „Global ETF Awards” organizowanego przez portal Exchangetradedfunds.com. To jeden z najbardziej prestiżowych plebiscytów branży ETF. Jego celem jest wyłonienie podmiotów i instytucji, które przyczyniły się do rozwoju rynku exchange-traded funds (ETFs) i exchange-traded products (ETPs) na świecie. Część nagród została przyznana na podstawie głosów oddanych poprzez użytkowników portalu Exchangetradedfunds.com, zaś pozostałe nagrody przyznano w oparciu o dane statystyczne za rok 2012.
